All of our bags are produced in our new Hampton, NH facility using state of the art thermal impulse sealers to strict quality guidelines. All of our welds are optimized and tested for maximum strength. Peel strength data and certification can be provided if required.

When designing a bag, you should know the physical dimensions (Length, width, and Height) In addition to the volume it will need to hold.
What will the bag be required to do? Are moisture, sunlight, chemical attack, puncture resistance, re-sealability important?
What is the best material for your particular application, and what is the best way to seal it?
Do you need a valve, septum fitting, tube, spout etc…..we can help you design and fabricate a custom solution.
Is the bag going to support weight that might cause the material itself to fail? If so, then a liner is quite often a better choice. Ingeniven can fabricate pail, drum, and tank liners for any size or shape container you have.
Typically, Fluoropolymer films are used for overwrap bags due to their wide thermal operating range. FEP, PFA, Modified PTFE are all good choices.
